My dream has always been bigger than just serving a few hundred clients and building a business that I could sell one day. My vision has always included a true TEAM of advisors, support staff and financial support professionals that would, in turn, serve thousands of people across the country. This dream has led me from working a ‘surviving’ business in the captive world for many years, to now, finally ‘THRIVING’ in the independent world. I want to help advisors who are on the same path, to obtain the tools they need for success in this business. You are an undergraduate student, graduate student or have recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other complementary major. New to the industry, you are seeking independence, business ownership and the opportunity to build a business as an asset. While you have not worked in the investment world before you are seeking a base-pay, mentorship and training in building your practice. You are coachable, hungry and genuinely enjoy helping people.
